Participation Fee
The participation fee includes the costs and charges for exhibition space, standard booth package, directory entry and free registration for 2 participants. (Free registrant can attend welcome reception, technical sessions, banquet, and lunches and receive conference kit.)

Stand Construction
1) Standard Shell Stand
The following booth equipment is included in standard shell stand of 9sqm:
- Side and rear walls (white) / wall to wall carpeting (3m width x 3m depth x 2.5m height)
- Fascia board with company name (0.3m high, set at a height of 2.2m from the floor)
- 1 information desk / 1 rectangle table / 2 chairs
- Electricity 1kW / 3 spotlights / 1 fluorescent light / Internet
- Catalogue entry / Exhibitor passes
2) Standard Booth Design
Submission of Exhibition Directory and Exhibitor Registration
1) Exhibition Directory
The program book will be distributed free of charge to all participants of ICAE 2013 which includes your company information and exhibit description. So please make sure to describe your exhibit item(s) clearly in “Directory Form” and submit it by September 30, 2013.
2) Exhibitor Registration
- Please fill in the “Exhibitor Registration” and send it back to us by September 30, 2013.
- Free registration for 2 participants per booth
Booth Positioning and Hall Layout
The Organizer shall allocate the space considering the floor space, the order of applications received, the type of the products and other reasonable standards. Participants may not object to the decisions made by the Organizer.
1) Refund will be given only if a written notification is received including the original receipt of payment by September 30, 2013.
2) All refunds are subject to charge US$400/booth for the processing fees, and will be refunded in the same form of the original payment
3) If an applicant withdraws the exhibition after September 30, 2013, for whatever reason, the participation fee paid will be forfeited.
