Participants are advised to register in advance (by July 15, 2013 August 31, 2013) to receive a pre-registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines on the below.

※ Please note that the publication expense for each journal is not included in registration fee.

 
Requirement of Paper Presentation
1. A single payment of regular (USD 550) or student (USD 250) allows you to present one paper. You should pay additional
... USD 200 for each extra presentation.
2. At least one of the authors must make a registration by August 31, 2013 in order for a paper to be included in the program of
... ICAE2013.
3. If the paper is not presented at the conference, such paper will NOT be considered for the paper screening for the journal publication.
 
Payment
1. Credit Card
VISA, Master, JCB cards are accepted. (AMEX card is NOT acceptable.) Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.

2. Bank Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form.
Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and name must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging into the online registration system.
※ Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
 
Cancellation
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
 
Cancellation by August 31, 2013: 50% of the paid amount
Cancellation after August 31, 2013: No Refund
